Professors often want to make course materials (books, films, journals, and more) accessible to all students enrolled in the course. If your professor has placed copies of their course materials "on reserve," it means these materials are available in the Salem College Libraries, and you may check them out for no more than 3 hours.
In both Gramley Library and the FAC library, course reserves are kept behind the Circulation Desk. To access these items, search the Course Reserves portal by title or course. Retrieve the call number for the item you need, and present this to the Library Assistant or Librarian. Remember to bring your Student ID to check out course reserves!
